mariab.
Hi everyone! I have not posted for a while but this is for all you newly heartbroken peeps...I was devasted 6 months ago when my boyfriend of 2 years and I broke up. Horrible, terrible feeling. But guess what? Took the NC advice from everyone and did things to keep me active and now whenever I think about my ex its with an "oh well, lesson learned" view. I have no desire to see him again at least for a while and am actually glad that I got my heart broken b/c it showed me how much I can really love and second, that I was able to rise above it and with time and the right attitude..well time heals all wounds! so have faith my dears there is a light at the end of the tunnel-you might have hit rock bottom but it's only "up" from here! ps: it's also great to be single right now in the summer ;-) Link to comment

mushmouth
Did you have to deal with getting any of your things back or giving him any of his things while in NC? I'm there now. Don't know how to handle it eventually as she said she would contact me. That was 4 months ago. Makes me think she has no courage. Link to comment
mariab.
Yes, email is the way to go. If you don't come claim your stuff in 1 month or 2 if you're tolerant, then it should be donated to the Salvation Army. Or ask a friend to contact her and get your stuff for you. Or vice versa Link to comment
