Well,one of the things I always hear about teens is that they masturbate.I am a teenager so it does relate.But I am curious about if someone from here thinks that masturbating affects your day,like how karma works,u do bad,u get bad .i do not masturbate a lot,twice a week or just one day a week.so after you masturbate,do you have a bad day ? I believe in god and maybe that’s what making me think that my mistakes are related to the sin of masturbating

Masturbation is normal and healthy, a lot of people do it; men and women. Please don't let it get you down or make you paranoid. Health experts encourage it, as long as it doesn't interfere with everyday life. I can see how religion can possibly make you feel guilty, but just know you'll be fine and ignore the extremist preaching out there.
