He sounds like a horrible person, I am so sorry that you gave your virginity to him, he clearly does not appreciate it. In a couple of year's time you'll look back and realise that you wasted your time staying with him for so long. He sleeps with his ex's friend while on 'a break'. He tries to pressure you into something that you do not want to do. I think if you give in to this and have a threesome, he will dump you afterwards anyway. He sounds like he is just into sex.
