I don't think it was a clear romantic date though, was it? It's definitely a step in the right direction, but could she still be looking at this as a "friend date"? Plus, I didn't like her reaction. Too many games, and that's immature.

 

I didn't like her first reaction either, but again, I thought it was her bringing "game." When I said "go with him," it was not so much to say "I'm not interested" but more so my own way of saying "your game doesn't get to me." I sure as hell am not going to beg her to go with me instead ugh.

 

Interesting that you say she might look at it as a "friend date." What I told her over the phone was that "I'd like to take you out." Seems pretty clear to me. Do you think I should reiterate this somehow?
