Sappho sweetheart I know you're really down today.

 

Try and focus on your holidays. You've only got 11 days to go to meet up with Tori.

 

When you feel down visualise what you want to do with her at the farm and then on holiday at The Gold Coast. I'm sure this will release loads of endorphins into your blood. These give you the buzz to feel good about yourself and help you to heal.

i haevent hurt myself in about a week but it is becoming harder n harder not to...everytimg i got sad depressed, stressed out or whtever i would always cut...n now im tryin to quit...and i dont know how to get myself away from that...especially when things r starting to get hard and stress me out ]....plz respond(*,)

rosalyn1223, what current methods are you using to cope with your stress?

 

For some it helps to get near others when they're feeling the urge so that they get distracted from the temptation. Other people vent, taking it all out through exercise (or simply just beating up a pillow), write in their journals, write poems, sing, scream... There are so many alternatives to cutting when you're feeling down or stressed out.

 

What exactly is stressing you out?
