In fact, avoid alcohol. Tell these so-called friends to stop giving you updates on what he's doing and do not interrogate mutual friends or his family. Do not remain in contact with any of his family or his friends. And remember...HE does not deserve YOU. Not the other way around. At least you are no longer wasting your time giving him attention and sex while he bounces around with other women. Link to comment
