1) Women have the right to vote. Hard to believe that this right hasn't always been available to us.

 

2) Elections. As much as politics annoy me, I am glad we have elections.

 

3) Freedoms available to me. I take them for granted and find it surprising to imagine a life without them.

2) The dog I'm watching needed a good run, she seemed frustrated and depressed, so I let her REALLY run, and she came back when called, looking extremely happy

1) Gratitude is a choice. I don't have to feel it, or make a list, if I don't want to.

 

2) I HAVE choices. That's pretty nice!

 

3) My son has a new puppy, and it's adorable, sweet-natured AND smart.

1) It's a very sunny Saturday

 

2) Hunting Season has started off quietly. I'm not against hunting, but the noise can make me jumpy and a little sad

 

3) I'm an adult

 

4) I have choices and opportunities, and I can be more aware of them

 

5) I don't have anyone around laughing at what I do

 

6) I can have my own cheering squad in my head, if I choose

 

7) I can use my imagination to support myself, and can refuse to undermine myself with my thoughts
