I'm 4 months post-BU (after 8 years) and only now am I starting to see the light. It's been a slow, muddy process but finally the anxiety has lifted, I'm eating again and I'm actually looking forward to what the future holds. Still have my down days of course, but sure that's only normal. I was left for someone else so I'm not quite ready to forgive yet. But that doesn't matter right now. All that matters is me.
