Here's a silly question

When you sleep with someone new for the first time and then a couple of hours later you get a text from the guy saying "thanks for a very fun and wonderful night" does that seem genuine?

I'm a guy and if I sent something along those lines it would be out of genuine gesture. Sounds like a nice text message to me.

Unless the guy is a psycho, it's probably very genuine, and means hes pretty into you. I know its the status-quo for a guy to not call or not be in contact after the first date, or first time you sleep together, especially if you aren't officially a couple. But when I find myself in a situation like that with a chick I REALLY am into, I'd probably send a very similar text. The fact that it came a few hours later means you were still on his mind, and he was probably thinking about more than just sex with you, and if that's what you're looking for, well then lucky you. I wish I had a situation like this going on right now!

Some guys tend to lie about it, but others are actually telling the truth.
