For example, the space between his front teeth or the way each of his eyebrows have that small separation from the main brow near the meeting of the nose. Link to comment

Just personal ktaste as to leaving certain parts of a drawing unfinished emphasises the finished parts of drawing. One thing which really captures the Mad Hatter in your drawing which could is intentional or unintentional I don't know is the eyes and how they are not straight. Makes the Mad Hatter actually look "mad". If it's a flaw it adds to the character of what the Mad Hatter is supposed to be. Link to comment
