liquer Posted February 6, 2009 Share Posted February 6, 2009 I'll ave to admit I don't take good care of myself health wise, I dont drink that much or smoke but just don't eat that well and have too many late nights, which is taking it's toll on me. I am going to change that, but wondered if anyone out there could give me calming/relaxing exercises to help compliment the change in diet and getting a good nights rest.
