Taking care of myself

I'll ave to admit I don't take good care of myself health wise, I dont drink that much or smoke but just don't eat that well and have too many late nights, which is taking it's toll on me.

 

I am going to change that, but wondered if anyone out there could give me calming/relaxing exercises to help compliment the change in diet and getting a good nights rest.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Drink more water. Try not to stay up late all the time. Do excersises in late afternoon, before dinner. Relax for an hour before bedtime.
