If he was keen i would think he would've called back or left a message for u to get back to him.

 

Either he isnt very keen or is a shy person that takes him a lot to build up to calling someone he likes.

 

U could try sending him a text message.....Just say u had a miss call from this number and arent sure who it is lol

I wouldn't do it - you already let him know you saw his caller ID. Ball is in his court.......sorry for the frustration (when I was in my early 20s I didn't have caller ID or VM so ignorance was bliss......)

I'm with Batya33 on this one...he made the first "attempt," then you created the next contact opportunity, now it's his turn to make a move. Actually, I feel if you call AGAIN (before he gets back to you), you're basically showing your hand in that he'll know you're interested, and he'll have all the power.

agree with batya and daxman.. he will find a way to contact you if interested. Look at the effort you are going to do contact him, he can do the same.
