She wasn't completely passed out, but she was definitely out of it and obviously didn't know what was going on and was pretty unresponsive. Is this a bad thing...? Link to comment

If she can't walk on her own, and she is passed out, it's an absolute violation for you to have sex with her. Yes, it is rape. And you said that she didn't know what was going on.
