My testicles hurt? Help?!

Well I had a really really long erection in the morning... Like couple of hours long. I didn't want to 'end' it myself cause I thought my girl would come over and take care of that. But now.... OMG my testicles hurt really bad! My penis is back to its 'normal' state but my testicles hurt! I feel like I've been kicked in the nuts and the pain won't go away! I've also been working on my PC muscle for quite a bit... Could that be a reason? Should I seek medical treatment?

Secondly it could be a case of blue balls which HURTS REALLY BADLY! If the pain does not go away in like another hour then I would recommend you call your doctor.

Sounds like you might want to get it checked. Sometimes I find after a prolonged session with my SO that they can ache a little bit, but not to the extreme you are talking about. Did you actually have sex or come?

Could be it's fluid build up from having an erection for quite a long time. I used to get that. The "cure" for me was to masterbate. Seriously.

Sounds like blue balls to me. Can be brutal sometimes. My advice is to end it yourself if your girl isnt coming over then take a couple ibuprofen and rest for a couple hours. Shouldnt last for more than a few hours.

No I didn't have sex or masturbate. My penis went back to its 'normal' state naturally.

 

I went to take a shower and gave myself a testicle massage (sounds funny...) and the pain seemed to subside a little bit. I also took some pain relievers and the pain is almost gone... My testicles still hurt if I touch them though.
