darkblue
I have once before posted this article, and when I did - I received an enormous amount of messages of thanks from people who could relate so accurately to it. link removed It is a legnthy read, but anyone suffering an abusive relationship will be able to relate to it, almost entirely. Abuse is not just physical. In many cases, victims don't realise that their self-esteem is being chipped away, day by day, by an abuser. There are always options, support and help. Link to comment
ImThatGirl
Thank you for posting Darkblue.... Wow.... Reading this brought back so many memories of my ex. How he constantly put me down, loved to make me feel anxious - I questioned myself for a year and a half. I thought I was going crazy. Whew..... So thankful and so blessed to finally get strength to escape that situation... Link to comment
thejigsup
Great article, especially the parts about how to disconnect from The Loser. We've all had one and sometimes they are slick. Articles like this one help us all keep from reconnecting with them. Thanks! Link to comment
Censored
Great article, especially for people who are strting to question their own thoughts. That's what unfortunatley happens, the other person actually starts to believe it is genuinely them that is going crazy. Link to comment
Hope75
This is a great article, and has been brought up as a reference point for those who question if they are with an abusive partner time and again to members of the ENA community. Thanks for bringing it back to the main page, Darkblue. Link to comment
