M_atthew
I am wondering if anyone knows if a man does not masturbate if this will be bad for his health? Link to comment
Meow18
Most people do it purely for pleasure and to learn about what you like. But it's definitely not going to harm you in any way if you don't masturbate. Link to comment
justpaisley
No - masturbating doesn't affect your health in any way, negatively or positively. It's just something done for pleasure. Link to comment
4ever
i heard many times that it is healthy to do it and better to do it, can be unhealthy if you dont. Link to comment
Dako
Harmless. I wonder if some guys would develop odd behavior if they suppressed the urge, but I doubt it's a physical need. Some with prostate trouble get relief from pain by wanking. Link to comment
M_atthew
I just wondered if perhaps build-up of cum may be harmful. Link to comment
yeawutever
Masturbating isn't bad whether you do it or not, it's all about pleasing yourself. Link to comment
DizzyDoris
A lad i once knew reckoned if you didnt masterbate, the build up can cause testicular cancer, I have no idea if this is true though, he was probably just pulling my leg! Link to comment
Dako
Like a baker, a prostate stops production when the shelves are full. Link to comment
justpaisley
I just wondered if perhaps build-up of cum may be harmful. Nope. Semen is not like urine - it's not constantly produced by the body with an eventual need to evacuate. It's not bodily waste. It's only produced when needed. Link to comment
someguy69
While masturbation is a natural activity, I do not believe that lack of masturbation has any known detrimental effects. Less (or no) masturbation will likely result in an increase in nocturnal emissions (wet dreams) depending on your age. Link to comment
Day_Walker
Well the semen is going to have to come out some way, so either it comes out or you will have nocturnal emissions. As far as it being bad for your health, that is arguable if you want to take your sexual health and mental health into consideration. Link to comment
FoxLocke
Actually, I don't have the article, but I read that men need to masturbate if they aren't having sex regularly. Men who ejaculate regularly have a lesser chance of developing diseases such as prostrate and testicular cancer. It definitely is not bad for your health. But it is bad if you don't get that "release." Link to comment
Honey Pumpkin
I am wondering if anyone knows if a man does not masturbate if this will be bad for his health? There has never been a documented case of a man who doesn't masturbate, so scientists aren't sure... Link to comment
