If you're having muscle soreness, try soaking in the tub in warm water with Epsom salts mixed in (see the package for amount to use). If you don't have Epsom salts, soaking in plain warm water will help, too.

 

You can also try using Icy Hot, BenGay or other similar topical cream/ointment for muscle soreness. Due to the odor of those things, though, I'd use them at night before you go to bed rather than in the daytime.
