erm can i ask, how long approximatly will it take until im 'whole' again?

 

and what sort of things should i do?

I am working on simple personal growth excercises which I hope to have ready by Sunday.

 

Please understand that it took 15 years to hurt you until you came here a few days ago. It will take time to heal.

 

I expect you to feel a little better every day. With proper therapy it would be fastest, but you can not go as you said.

 

I think three (3) months will be enough to feel stable IF you work on yourself.

 

Please can I ask you a question: What are your feelings now, what bothers you, say whatever do you want to say.

Well right at the moment I feel happy, and also confused.

 

I keep having dreams about my Ex, and I don't like them

 

But I do feel slightly happier as each day passes

It's normal that your are happy, confused and even angry at times.

 

You never did anything wrong, got hurt so you really ought to be angry.

 

Do not be afraid to let your anger out, and it will go. Make a post (not to much cursing please. We listen.

 

Once you let anger go, your mind has space for happiness.

 

NDG, be a positive, loving, respectful and caring partner, it's all she needs.

well atm im not angry, annoyed at NDG as he's being idle, lol. but meh. . . im soaking wet, and have earache, but im still really happy, which confuzzles me :s

its hard to explain, but erm, i've had 3 opperations on them, well two on them both one on my left ear, my 1st opp was gromits, 2nd was to remove a polip from my ears, and the last one was to remove some exess tissue from behind my left ear drum. but yeah, the pain, its just random stabbing pains

What's gromits?

 

Stabbing pains, pulsing pains, biting pains originate mostly from infections. Sometimes continuous numb pain is there too. Itchiness too.

 

My gf has a chronic infection in one middle ear since childhood. Operation not indicated as risky. Highly antibiotic resistant too.

 

I found her Silver Nitrate drops which are/were used also in eyes of infants after birth to prevent infection after passing through the vaginal canal. It helps a lot and the infection recurs less and less.

 

If you have and your infection does not respond to antibiotics, ask your doctor (better ENT specialist) for advice and for a prescription of Silver Nitrate drops.

it isnt infection atm, i had a check up a few days ago as i thought i did. gromits are little tubes, very small, which go in the ear and fillter away wax and helps to prevent infection.

 

Erm, my ear problems aren't middle ear, i cant remember whe, but its to do with the mastriod bones.

 

My earache probably from getting water in m ears, lol.

 

Also, does ur gf get tinitus, its a constant sound in the ears, but no one else can hear it? I hate that, it's really annoying.

 

The pain is only in my left ear, which is the ear that shouldn't hurt

Yes, she on/off has (had) tinnitus due to the infection. But her infection is better so she had not recently.

Seriously, it looks like an infection. GP may not know much about it. ENT specialist is better.

 

I want you fix it, onething less to bother you.

 

Do you like to insert cotton buds into your ear canal?

no idont. also to help your gf, you can get earplugs, there are alsorts of different types. (btw it is __X) hope that helps ur gf.

 

I'm seeing my ENT specialist on the 7th august so all's good

She got earplugs but forgets to bring/use them.

ok just a min ago i had an emo trip. and to help me my boyfriend (NDG that is, yes it is __X atm) told me to come on and say whats up.

 

Well, We had some fun, and it reminded me of my Ex, I enjoyed it better, with NDG but I can't help thinkin of my Ex. And I don't want to think of my Ex, especially when I'm with NDG.

NDG, please do not scare it. You can research more on abuse victims, it's "NORMAL". Please be positive, love her, respect her and care her. There will be setbacks, I said it already. She will get better.

 

X, It's great you open it up, do that every time. In a month it will be much less. Meanwhile enjoy each other.

And thanks, it wont be too bad as I will be away from the hell that happens to be my home.

But today things arnt too bad, as i get a moped, which i have to buy myself. and im alowed a job where NDG will hopfully be working, so all is good, and i was also alowed arounds his for the night, and in 2 weeks time im there for a week, so i believe things might be lightening up at home?
