Lola - since you don't have a car, and will be moving soon, how about asking him to drive you somewhere. Like, if you want to give away a box of clothes to a church, ask him for a ride. Or, tell him you want to buy a new stereo and ask him to help you pick it out help you lift it and install it?

i could do that i think! But you see the problem is not getting him to be around, it is what happens when we are alone together that freaks me out. We both get so nervous and you can tell. I don't know how I can put him at ease, and I think that the same goes for him. We both clam up. I need to put out a HUGE signal because all the suttle ones I have tried don't seem to work. It's almost like I need to write it on my forehead! haha
