Nice night- go for a drive to a place with water (beach, dam). This way you can have time to talk- you wont get to talk at the movie, and if it is a first date you will want time to get to know each other.

go get some coffee or somethin... or like the person said above, take a long walk on the beach or something... talk... get to know the other person.

reflectionlessmirror is right. You want a chance to talk and get to know each other better. Some place nice, quiet and peaceful works.

 

Or if you don't think you two are ready for something like that you could always fall back to the dinner and a movie plan. Someplace casual but nice, not to loud, where you can still talk.

Find a nice resturant (or something similar) that's open somewhere, again like ShySoul said not somewhere noisy but quiet where you can both talk, im sure she'd like that.

 

Talk have fun and just get to know each other , nothing like a good talk to set the mood for things too come
