Loss of another great artist : Tina Turner

I'm sure you all have heard of our loss today  😞 .

I grew up listening to her many hits.  She went through a lot in her younger days, being popular and abused by her then husband, Ike .

Tina you were a classic and strong woman!  Thank you so much for sharing your talent ❤️

I was her for Halloween one year as a kid. She was badass.

Do you know what she died from?? I have been looking it up but all its been saying is that she died from some "illness." Nothing specific.

I remember 1984 very well.  What a GREAT year!  Love this song!

She had a stroke years ago, had cancer, had a kidney transplant. I presume it all just became too much.

The heavens are rocking out tonight.

Tina was a big part of my journey into the music industry as a woman and a drummer. 
 

Another star in the heavens for us, may she rest easy!
