You point fingers at her "problems", however you are the one who "haven't been eating how I should eat, exercising or sleeping particularly well". Short term therapy to address your stress/anxiety and using micromanaging the gf to avoid dealing with your own problems could help you tremendously. Focus on yourself not her rash or car insurance. Get out of the martyr/ victim mentality. Her rashes and car insurance is not the reason you sabotage yourself and 'can't eat or sleep".
