Hi I am quite close to my 2nd ex still and we text each other quite regularly...we have slept together afew times aswell what it is is even though we are not a couple I feel like I don't want him to find anyone else and to still have that closeness with him..it's wiered because if I haven't heard from him then I get worried...we are not even together so why do I feel like this towards him?

You still have feelings for him. Which is normal towards an ex we really cared

for. But it seems these feelings and the arangement with him that you have are holding you back from finding love with someone else. You may have to distance yourself from him to truly move on and heal.

You haven't let go. Until you are over your Ex, it is VERY difficult to be a 'friend', because those feelings are still there.

 

I suggest you back off and start dealing with the facts. Accept & heal and work at moving on.
