What is there for me to do?

Hello. My ex broke up with me in january. But I still miss him now. I havent healed and I havent moved on. What should I do? Do I talk to him and hope for the best? Or do I keep quiet and continue living in torture?

In that case it's probably a good idea not to contact him - it's been 8 months and he's probably moved on by now.
