Dougie_D
So, I happened to get a girl from online to make arrangements to meet. She actually picked time, place, etc.. Then a couple of hours she flakes. She gives me an excuse and wanted to reschedule. Prior that day (arrangement), we would go almost everyday text/small talk. I haven't talked to her since. Any suggestions? Link to comment
mhowe
Let it alone and keep looking for the non-flake. Link to comment
Kendahke
yes... understand that people have lives that sometime preclude plans they've made. Learn to be flexible; otherwise, you'll break. She wanted to reschedule, so reschedule. You having a tantrum isn't a cute look... it will probably do more to keep her turned off of you if this is how you behave. Link to comment
Sparklesong
In all honesty, that's how online dating rolls. You chat, you text, you make plans, they flake. It sucks, but that's the way it is. Every now and then, a "good" one comes along, but the flaking is very commonplace. Link to comment
pl3asehelp
Only a couple hours notice is not enough. I would never do that and expect the same. Link to comment

But I'm confused because when we first chatting she would text me everyday to talk. Now, she hasn't texted. I'm just wondering if she actually wanted to reschedule or she was just playing nice about it. Link to comment
agent1607307371
I'd write her off then. Link to comment
blueidealist24
While it's ok to reschedule, the no-talking thing when you talked all the time before smells funny. It sounds like she might be trying to back out. I'd keep the rescheduled date with her, unless you're very busy, but if she cancels again, call it quits. Link to comment
Blue Spiral
If you ever have to ask that question, the answer is "no". Link to comment
Specter86
I hope you were able to meet for the rescheduled date, but if not, don't bother with her. Link to comment
