People can have all sorts of fetishes. None of them are bad as long as the partner agrees to it. Foot fetish is common. I don't think foot fetishes are strange at all. While I don't share your particular kink, I have met several people who do. I think, though, that there are certain boundaries which you should try to stay in, before your kind may become an obsession.
