Question about sleep medication?

Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep and wondering what is a good brand of sleep medication I can purchase at the drug store, that will help me fall asleep and get a good night rest?

I love Tylenol PM. It's quick for me but gentle the next day if I don't get a full night's sleep.

When I'm having a hard time sleeping I will take an Advil.. It's probably just a placebo effect, but it works for me.

 

I hate the prescription sleeping pills. I feel so messed up in the morning.

Try something natural like Valerian or drinking Camomile Tea before sleep.

I couldn't get melatonin to work for me. I had to take at least 1 Tylenol PM with it at the same time for it to even take a little bit of an effect.

didn't work for me either, to be honest...but I have a bunch of friends who take it

My sister has to take Ambien to sleep every night. Sleeping problems run rampant in my family--my dad, my sister, and I all rely on sleep aids regularly (I choose not to go to the prescription route but they do)

I'm pretty sure you do, which is why I just take Tylenol PM--cheaper and does the same trick for me.
