So, I've got PCOS (diagnosed January)and been thinking about diet-I've heard a low GI diet is the best and am planning to go to the doctors and asking their advice, but haven't got my medical card to register and am waiting for it in the post etc..

Anyway-anyone on a low GI diet? Any advice or tips?

Cheers me dears

I have PCOS as well and picked up a really helpful book called "The PCOS Diet Book" a few years back. It tells you the things you should and should not be eating. I also have a book called "Living With PCOS" which is quite helpful.

Just be sure to avoid refined carbs (regular soda, white bread, white rice, sugar)
