"I could say to him that we are not dating, but his questions won’t stop there….he will ask enough to see through it….trust me. He is super duper curious!" or she could just tell him that you are a friend and if he starts asking a million questions, she could then tell him NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!! Link to comment

Even though there are laws against not hiring or firing people because of sexual orientation, it does happen. Think about the fact that she may not rumors flying all over the office about her orientation. Link to comment
