it's okay coming from a grandmother or great aunt or something. but some person that just bagged your groceries or handed you change or something. uhhhhh. annoyance. 'can i help you hun?' just stop that if you do it.

i had an ex that would say 'i love ____' 'i love ____' this and that. everything she loved. it kind of grew on me that she didn't mean it much when she said she loved me. even though i knew she did. i just hated the luster of the word being lost.
