    I am 16 (but won't have a license for 5 months) and my girlfriend is 15 and everytime we go out, our parents drive us. I don't think it's a big deal at all, but maybe that's because our parents are (usually) pretty cool.

    If I were you, I wouldn't go out with him. Not necessarily because of your parents, but do you really want to be involved with someone who practices those kinds of behaviors? However, I don't know the guy so I can't really say anything for sure.
