im only 16 and i am so stressed n maybe borderline depressed..i read that yoga or mediation may calm me down cuz ive been so sad n stressed n i pick fights w/ my bf n things r so hard on him n i dun wanna lose him after an 11 month anniversary...i dont have ne money 2 order magazines 4 yoga or meditation or 2 go 2 classes so i was wonderin if anyone does yoga or mediaition or knows a website that will shoe me or guide me or anything..please help on how 2 do yoga n meditation
