Haven't had a girlfriend for 3 years

First post here. I haven't had a girlfriend for a while, and it's starting to get to me. I wouldn't consider myself a shy person, in fact I'm the opposite. I'm outgoing and I enjoy being in the company of others. At University I had some flings with girls but nothing serious. Since moving home its been quite dry...

Not sure where I'm going wrong. Any advice?

There are plenty of women who go to bars and clubs to meet men. You can always go to meetups (meetup.com), maybe try dancing or hiking, its not that the scene is dry, its more likely you aren't looking hard enough, or traveling.

What was the reason you haven't had any girlfriends for a while? Was it that they just wanted to be friends?

It's kinda difficult to know without more details.
