how can i self heal myself?

Ok. So.... I have no confidence.. low self esteem.. I'm trying to quit alcohol out as ice put on a bit if Weight! Basically I'm not happy with in myself right now and I'm a believer in self healing... Now the time to sort myself out for q healthier and happier life!! What can I do to self heal and make good things happen... Apart from positive thinking .. any good websites you could recommend?

Start doing yoga!! Seriously you will thank me. No better way to heal yourself and lose weight at the same time. Also meditation.

That is a great start. Getting rid of an unhealthy crutch. Often it's what we Don't do...that helps us the most.
