Im going through the same thing pretty much... my friend matt is not helping either! lol. hes being an a** and doesnt even help me anymore when i need him... i have been wanting to and have been cuttin recently. Snapping rubber bands helps... it works. its not dangerous either... maybe that might help... i snap rubber bands constantly on my wrists....and arm... its a good feeling... especially on newer or a couple day old cuts. i hope everything works the way you want it... member rubber bands=better than cutting...but i still havent stopped so u might not like all my advice. sry if it didnt help. i hope u feel better!
  2. I know someone who did it cuz they thought they needed to be punished for something. I do it cuz it distracts me from things that are bothering me and leaves me with a sense of "im okay". Id say its normal...
  3. last time i cut was yesterday... that might change though. Im very close to doing it right now.
  4. It really bugs me when people brag about cutting themselves..... i cut but dont brag, only 2 people know. 1 by accident, the other i talk to about it..

  6. I can imagine how freaked out it might make you feel that a coach knows you cut. One of my friends suspected i cut (i dont live in the same state as them anymore) and I lied and said no. I got freaked out that she suspected it (She only thought i did cuz ive been so depressed and she seems to know when i am...)
