my ex bf and i are best friends but today i got asked out on a date by another guy. i want to tell my ex that i still care about him and ask him if he still cares about me becuase if he doesnt then im going to go out with this otherguy. do you guys recommend doing this or not? if so, how do i say it without seeming like im going to rub it in?? what do i say??

You are exes, aren't you? There's a reason for that. There's no reason to mention this other guy to him at all.. Just go on your date and have fun. Let the past be the past.

It sounds like you still want to work things out with your ex, but he is not sure? If that's the case, dating another guy will piss him off, but it will also get his * * * in gear if he want's you back. My ex dated someone for a while in the summer, I immediately realized that I wanted to be with her again, and tried my best to get her back. Just be careful, he could come after you just because he's jealous and doesn't want this other guy touching you (for the wrong reasons).
