Poem I wrote- ''I lost you''

I wish u could know how much I really do miss you,

Nights are cold and lonely and I just wanna be with you,

You're the 1 I care about more than anybody else,

You're the one who makes me think more about myself,

And I know there's no way, and that we've came to the end,

And I know theres no way, we can even be friends,

We were committed to eachother, for a straight two years,

We overcame the hurt tears, pain and fears,

And we made a connection, nobody could break,

Our relationship was 100% give and take,

And now my biggest regret is now letting u go,

But now your to faraway, so u cant even know,

I know they say if u love someone set them free,

And if they come back to you, then it's meant to be,

So for us to be apart, yeah it has to be done,

But I dont like being two when we're a perfect one,

And I know I have to deal with it, I have to move on,

But how do I do that when I cant even smile now your gone.
