why does she want to go out all of a sudden

She told me the other day that her and her b/f broke up. She asked me if i want to go out with her this weekend just as friends, but how do i tell her that i got plans and a g/f already???? I really like her and dont want to hurt her feelings, what to do? She is a really smart and beautiful girl and i dont want to hurt her... She says that the only reason why she dont want to go out the first time was she didnt know me, but why does she want to go out all of a sudden, she is began to scare me a little... What do i do????

You must first ask yourself if you like to date this woman. Sounds like you don't know if you should go out with this woman and dump your present girlfriend so do some soul searching first then everything would come easy.
