You cannot control another person's mind and thoughts and body language. If the way he behaves ogling other women bothers you all that much, then unfortunately you're going to have to find a man who doesn't do this. This is who he is, and he's clearly not going to change just because you want him to. This behavior would bother some women but not others, so you need to find someone who doesn't do this, and he needs to find someone who doesn't care if he does.
