Sounds like the tongue piercing might have scraped you or something. Have you looked down there to see if anything appears out of the ordinary?

 

If you keep having oral sex with this guy, definitely make sure you wash up afterwards - mouths are full of germs and they can collect around piercings, I would imagine.

No, oral sex shouldn't hurt. If something doesn't feel good, you can tell them to stop (or to change what they're doing.) Sounds like he went way too hard with his peircing.
