NEED GIRLS ADVICE>>HOW SHOULD I MEET HER PLEASE READ!!

OK A friend of our family lives up the road from me. Her and my dad are best friends. Her Neice has just moved in wwith her from being kicked out of her dads. Her Neice Is Drop Dead Gorgous and My dad and Friends have said she is a good person and a really sweet girl. And she's single. I know she knows i Exist But I've only met her once a while back. But i Saw her teh other day and was Like OK I gotta get to her. She's Had me acting like Puppy Love all over again. KNow. How the heck should i go about "Running into her" and cathcing a nice greeting possibly an attempt to ask her out? I jog daily and past her house...Thats how i first noticed she moved in. We're both 19 and shes a must have that i'l willing to go all out for. Sounds crazy but its that puppy love feeling. Some of you understand i know. Any Advice on what i can do without making it look like i'm a freak stalker or something.
