Come on now. People rarely change. It's universal.

 

I suppose the underlining personalities don't change, but what people want certainly does. And that changes the person. I know I've changed A LOT in the past 15 years.

I learned not to put more meaning into interactions than are already there

 

To take relationships more slowly instead of jumping straight in

 

That once they cheat on you they will do it again, even if it takes 22 years before they do so...

 

That I deserve a much healthier and more respectful relationship!!!
