Please don't think it's a one time thing

I came accross this story while reading the news.

 

It stands out to me because I read so many stories here from women that say "well he only hit the one time". One time usually leads to a 2nd time and sadly for the woman in the story, that was her final time.

 

For those of you in a relationship that may not be violent now but the boyfriend or husband has already done something to you, please get out. You might just be saving your life.

Exactly abuse isn't acceptable in any way nor form.

Shouldn't the same thing be apply towards the men being abused too? Someone that hits (man or woman) should be dump immediately without looking back.

It absolutey applies to the men as well.. Get out before you end up seriously hurt.

Thats really sad...Do you guys think that the original incident that the guy was arrested for was really the first time? Or that his wife lied about it? Just wondering...
