CAgirl
It's called a Breakup Because It's Broken by Greg Behrendt and Amiira Ruotola-Behrendt Amazon link: link removed I impulsively bought it and I am kinda hoping it is worth it. Do books really help with a break up? Link to comment
Justnotsure
I feel really cheesy saying this - but that book really did help me with my first major break up. It was kind of a turning point. Read it! Link to comment

faithful14
I bought it a couple years ago when I was going through a rough breakup. I felt so much better after reading it. It really helped me put things in perspective with the relationship. It's definitely worth reading. Link to comment
Jd1983
I actually brought that book for my friend to help her get over it. I read "He's just not that into you" and that actually helped me. So considering it's the same author, I would definitely read it. I think that books definitely help in trying to get over it. It's worked for me, plenty of times in the past. If it's not books, then articles online. Link to comment

uncomfynumb
I think it helps to read just about anything when you are going through a breakup. I just read "Getting to I do" and its helped me alot. Although this one doesn't focus on breakups, it helps you realize the mistakes you might have made in past relationships, and helps you to focus on yourself and getting what you want from future relationships. I am at a point in my life that I want to settle down with one person; a good solid, man for the rest of my life. I believe with all of my heart that I will fall in love again and be enaged or in a commited relationship with that man by the end of this year. Link to comment
