plans were just confirmed for a double blind date tomorrow night and i'm sort of freaking out. we're supposed to have dinner then go bowling. i don't really have social skills and sometimes choke up/get nervous around people. i've never done anything like this before so i was looking for some advice to make this date go smoothly. thank youuu.

Smile, lots of eye contact, and if there's ever an awkward moment, just ask a question. It gets the conversation flowing. And when he asks you stuff, don't leave the poor guy hanging with one word answers. That's a conversation killer and it will make for a terribly awkward evening.

 

Dress cute, but not too overdone cuz you don't want to look like you were trying too hard. Most importantly, just be yourself! (cliche, yeah, I know.)

It's a double date so I assume you have a wingman. Don't worry about it, you're doing it the easy way. If you work yourself up over it you'll just trip over your own feet when time comes.
