savignon Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 doing or saying something that leaves me open to being hurt, rejected, made fun of...it most cases for me it has meant being totally honest and true to myself and then bracing myself for the 'reaction' of others. In the end, it's rare that people would hurt you when you're being vulnerable. It's easier to hurt someone who's being a 'jerk'/cold/mean/sarcastic. But how often do you hurt someone who's being vulnerable? Link to comment

To me it simply means trusting. Though not blindly. Sharing our trust in accordance to what serves us & the situation best... Link to comment
