I agree with Batya. I'm a big girl now and any of my motivation comes from within. All I need from my employers is a paycheck. I can handle the rest on my own, thank you very much.

I say let them do it, they're only creating more work for themselves...having to calculate everyone's time down to the minute for pay is a pain in the neck. I worked for a company a long time ago that tried to do this...after about 3 months of it, they got rid of it because it basically tripled the amount of work for the payroll department
