Batya33
Say you've got a 30 year old out of college wanting to be hired into a group of other recent graduates typically around 22 years old. Do you say that 30 year old isn't going to play nice in the sandbox ? No, did you? I wrote that it can be a more difficult transition for a 30 year old who has been working for 8 years in one career, to switch to a brand new career and be entry level again, than it is for a 22 year old fresh out of college. That doesn't mean he won't play nicely in the sandbox, it just means it might be more of a personal challenge for him to get accustomed to being low person on the totem pole again. Link to comment
CaptainPlanet
No, did you? I'm confused. Link to comment
Batya33
It is confusing, yes, when you twist my words. You assumed I was stating that a 30 year old entry level wouldn't be a good team player. Not sure where you got that from so I inquired whether perhaps that was your statement - since it certainly was not mine. Link to comment
