High testosterone in female

My dr checked my testosterone levels since I have no sex drive. he suspected my levels were low. turns out they're high!!! makes no sense to me. the only thing I notice is extra body hair and I sweat alot. The thing is, my Dr. didn't seem to conerned about it or even talk to me about it. I don't have any symptoms of PCOS, does anyoneone else have high testosterone? has it made any difference or effected fertility or any other aspect of your life??

Are you sure it is not PCOS? I would suggest that you see an endocrinoligist. I went undiagnosed with PCOS for years and was with a Dr. that didn't really care. Extra body hair, high testosterone, no ovulation, etc. I am now on Metformin and it has worked wonders. Make an appointment with an endocrinoligist!!
