Since my ex left me, i've lost damn close to 40 lbs (on any given scale it could be 35-40) I've been told I look like a different person, but I'm not losing the weight from my belly...the one place i want to lose weight from. so, any tips on how to acomplish this? i truly feel its holding me back, not only to women, but myself...i'm kinda embarrassed with it.
